I was determined to make more money than my dad, work less physically, and purchase a home at a young age. I achieved these goals by the age of 26, but then hit a roadblock.

It wasn't until I found my passion as an entrepreneur that I truly began to thrive. Starting with a production company and later discovering real estate, I faced a steep learning curve but eventually succeeded and achieved the greatest accomplishment of my life - paying off my parents' house in full and retiring them. I don't want anyone to experience the same lack of a relationship with their parents that I did, which is why I became a real estate coach and mentor to hundreds of students over the past 8 years.

During the great recession of 2009, I faced personal struggles with losing two homes to foreclosure. However, this experience only fueled my drive to learn everything I could about the foreclosure process, which I later used to help homeowners and purchase properties, solidifying my expertise in the field.

I am not focused on the flashy lifestyle often associated with real estate success, such as owning a Lambo, yacht, or mansion.
